These terms cover buying P2P Trade Bot on this website. Using the software is covered by the license agreement.

What you buy

A license to use P2P Trade Bot as described in the license agreement. You get the current version of every edition, the source code, and updates for version 2, all through your account on this site.

Price and payment

The price is shown in US dollars and paid in USDT at one USDT per dollar. You pay any network or withdrawal fees. An order is complete when the payment has arrived in our Binance account. Payments are checked automatically; if something goes wrong, we complete the order by hand once the payment can be confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery is digital. Your downloads are available in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and we email you a sign-in link. There is no shipping.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that email. The downloads are for you and must not be shared; see the license agreement.

Using the software

The bot changes your Binance P2P prices according to your settings. You are responsible for those settings, your trades, and following Binance's terms and the laws that apply to you. There is no promise of profit. P2P Trade Bot is independent and not affiliated with Binance.

Liability

The limits in sections 5 and 6 of the license agreement apply. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Refunds

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
