Refund policy

P2P Trade Bot is software you download, so refunds work a little differently from a physical product.

When you get a full refund

If the bot does not run on a supported system and we can't get it working together within 7 days of your purchase, you get all your money back. Supported systems are Windows 10 and 11, a current macOS, a mainstream Linux distribution, and a Linux VPS with Docker for the Server edition.

Message @NFila69 on Telegram with your order number. We will try to fix the problem first, and refund you if we can't.

When there is no refund

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• Losses from trading, prices or settings.
• Binance restricting or closing your account.
• A change on Binance's side after the first 7 days. Updates for version 2 are included, and they are how we deal with those changes.

Payments that went wrong

If you sent the wrong amount, used another network, or paid an order twice, message us with the order number and the transaction ID. We will complete the order or send the money back.

How refunds are paid

In USDT, to the Binance account or address the payment came from, within 7 days of approval. After a refund the license ends and you delete the software.
