License agreement

P2P TRADE BOT - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Version 2.0.0

By installing or using P2P Trade Bot ("the Software") you agree to this agreement.

1. LICENSE
   You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software
   for your own trading on your own Binance account(s). One license covers one person or
   one business. You may install it on any number of your own computers or servers.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share, publish or otherwise distribute the Software
   or any part of it, or offer it as a service to others, without written permission from
   the licensor. You may modify the Software for your own use.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
   The Software changes the prices of your Binance P2P advertisements automatically,
   according to settings you choose. You are solely responsible for your settings, your
   advertisements, your trades, your account, and your compliance with Binance's terms of
   service and with the laws and tax rules that apply to you. Automated trading involves
   risk, including the risk of trading at unfavourable prices. Use the price limits and
   Simulation mode, and monitor the Software.

4. NO AFFILIATION
   The Software is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Binance.
   Binance may change its website or services at any time, which can stop the Software from
   working until it is updated.

5. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS
   OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS OR ANY INDIRECT,
   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
   SOFTWARE. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE
   LICENSE.

7. DATA
   The Software runs on your own computer or server. Your Binance session, settings and
   history are stored locally in its data folder and are not sent to the licensor. The
   Software communicates only with Binance and, if you configure it, Telegram.

8. TERMINATION
   This license ends automatically if you break its terms. You must then delete all copies
   of the Software.
